Daniel Barroca (Lisboa, 1976), tirou a licenciatura em Artes Plásticas na ESAD, Caldas da Rainha, estudou na Rijksakademie van beeldende kunsten, Amsterdão, e realizou o Home Workspace Program, Beirute, de 2013 a 2014.
