New exhibition at the PLMJ Foundation gallery. Paisagem: vista e panorama | Landscape: view and panorama
Paisagem: vista e panorama (Landscape: view and panorama) is the title of the fifth exhibition in the FPM programme, dedicated to works of art from the PLMJ Foundation’s collection that relate to the theme of landscape.
The venue for the exhibition, the FPM Gallery, has a special feature: the architectural design of the building in which it is housed allows for an almost panoramic view of the city of Lisbon.
To mark the opening of the exhibition, the PLMJ Auditorium will host the launch of Umbigo Magazine #90, which brings to the PLMJ Foundation several authors, curators and artists who will talk about their projects in this issue of the magazine. Among them are Carla Filipe, Susana Mendes Silva, António Olaio, Elizabeth Prentis, Felix Vong, Catarina Ricciardi, Mariana Viegas and Victor Almeida, as part of Umbigo On-line #3 (FBAUL/CIEBA). Elsa Garcia and António Néu, directors of Umbigo, will present the magazine and moderate the debate. João Silvério presents the Conversation Piece programme, supported by the PLMJ Foundation.
