Miguel António Domingues (1982, Lisbon) lives and works in Lisbon. He completed a degree and master's in the drawing studio of the Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels (2002-2008), and later pursued a postgraduate degree (Meisterschülerstudium) at the Academy of Fine Arts in Dresden, Germany, as a DAAD scholarship holder.
He has been exhibiting since 2006 in Belgium, Germany, Austria, and Portugal. His work (at the intersection of drawing, sculpture, and installation) has been shown at Ve.sch Kunstverein (Vienna), gesellschaft für konkrete kunst (Bonn), Cordoaria Nacional and Culturgest (Lisbon); Städtische Galerie - Emschertal Museum (Herne), Galerie Duqué-Pirson and Centre Culturel Jacques Franck (Brussels), among others.
His work is part of collections such as the PLMJ Foundation (Portugal), Städtische Galerie - Emschertal Museum (Germany), and private collections in France, Belgium, and Germany.
