Mauro Cerqueira (Guimarães, 1982) lives and works in Porto. He holds a degree in fine arts/drawing from the Escola Superior Artística do Porto and has a career marked by solo exhibitions such as Casas num Beco at MALA, Lisbon (2024) and O Suor da Noite at Galeria Nuno Centeno (2022).
He has participated in duo exhibitions, including When you Fail, I Fail with Stephan Dillemuth at Kunsthalle Freeport (2023) and Orpheus II with Alisa Heil (2020). His presence in group exhibitions includes ANOZERO - Bienal de Coimbra (2024) and Mãos sobre a cidade at Galeria Fundação Amélia de Mello (2023).
