Mafalda Marques Correia

Mafalda Marques Correia is a Portuguese artist and photographer, recognised for her contemporary approach to photography.
She graduated in fine arts, obtaining a master's degree in painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon (2005-2010) and a postgraduate qualification in photography studies from IADE, Lisbon (2003-2005).
Her solo exhibitions include Welcome to my home, Galeria Módulo, Lisbon (2011) and Death and Self-destruction Scenes, Museu da Faculdade de Belas Artes do Porto (2002).
She has also taken part in several group exhibitions, such as Single Image Exhibition, Rotterdam (2024) and ART3F, Brussels (2022).
Her work is included in a number of Portuguese and international collection.
