Laura Guerreiro (Lisbon, 1970) graduated from the Ar.Co, Centro de Arte e Comunicação Visual, Lisbon, in 1990-1992 with a basic degree in photography. In 1992-1993 she attended the Advanced Photography Course at Ar.Co, Centre for Art and Visual Communication, Lisbon, with a scholarship awarded by Fugi Portuguesa, Complete Study Plan in Photography. In 1995 he won 2nd prize in the Loulé Photography Competition for his work Retratos no dia do casamento do meu irmão.
