Kester
Moçambique
Kester (Mozambique, 1966) joined the Núcleo de Arte after a career in technical engineering. In 1997, he participated in various workshops for the Transforming Weapons into Art Objects project and took part in several group exhibitions, including Artistas Contra a Pobreza at the Franco-Mozambican Cultural Centre in Maputo, the TDM/99 Biennial, Anual Musarte 99, and exhibitions at the National Art Museum of Maputo. He became a member of Núcleo de Arte in 1998 and received an honourable mention at Anual Musarte 99.
