José Lourenço

José Lourenço (Lisbon, 1975) is a visual artist, designer, and animator whose work draws inspiration from colour and architecture to create a distinctive visual universe. A graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts in Lisbon, he has exhibited his work in numerous solo exhibitions and is represented in various national and international collections, including the PLMJ Foundation, the Museum of Contemporary Art Union Fenosa – MACUF, Fundación Pedro Barrié de la Maza, the North Collection of Contemporary Art – Government of Cantabria, Barclays Bank, among others. Through his commercial work, he has developed projects for prominent international brands such as Caran D’Ache, Casio, Huawei, Smart, Somersby, TAP, and Uber, among others.
