Felisberto Amós Tlhemo (Famós) was born in Maputo in 1978 and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Maputo Industrial Institute and a degree in Statistics from Eduardo Mondlane University. In 1995 he studied drawing and painting at the Alto-Maé Cultural Centre with the artist Sengo. His work is represented in national and international collections. He had his first solo exhibition entitled PENUMBRAS DA VIDA at the Instituto Camões Gallery in Maputo in 2009, and has participated in various group exhibitions and workshops.
