Bruno Sequeira (Lisbon, 1966) lives and works in Lisbon. He studied Photography at the Maumaus School in Lisbon and holds a Postgraduate Degree in Art Curatorship from the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, Universidade Nova de Lisboa. In 2006, he founded the Atelier de Lisboa, where he serves as director, coordinator, professor, curator, and editor.
In 1996, he held the solo exhibition Sunny Guest House at the Arquivo Fotográfico Municipal de Lisboa. In 2000, he presented Panjim Inn and Modern Lodge at the Cordoaria Nacional. He was awarded a scholarship by the Fundação Oriente (1996). In 1994 and 1997, he participated in the group exhibitions Itinerários de Fronteira and Língua Franca at the Encontros de Fotografia de Coimbra. He also participated in the Encontros da Imagem with solo exhibitions Álbum de Família (1997) and Modern Lodge (2001).
