Alexandra Mesquita

Alexandra Mesquita (Lisbon, 1969) has a degree in painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon. She is a resident artist at Galeria Arte Periférica, where she has exhibited regularly since 1993. She has also exhibited in other spaces, such as Livraria Babel. She has also participated in several group exhibitions, including Plataforma Revólver, Lisbon; Manuel de Brito Art Centre, Algés; Bissaya-Barreto Foundation, Coimbra; Quatro Dezassete Gallery, Madrid.
